Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. As we grow, we hope to expand so more people can experience handmade treasures from around the world.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within 1-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7 on all orders. Orders over $50 ship free.
Handmade Products, Lasting Impact
Are all items really handmade?
Yes. Every item in our shop is made by artisans, small workshops, or cooperatives using traditional skills. Because they are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the story and beauty of each piece.
Where do your products come from?
We curate items from artisan groups in countries like Nepal, India, Peru, Vietnam, Egypt, and more. Each listing includes the country of origin and details about the artisans who made it.
How do you ensure ethical sourcing?

How does my purchase make a difference?
Every product supports dignified work for artisans and their families. Some items also carry special campaigns (like our 1 Soap Bar = 1 School Day initiative) where your purchase directly funds a project.
In addition, Wandering Market gives back 1% of every order to a charity of your choice. At checkout, you’ll be able to select from five causes we partner with. You can read more about each of these charities on our Cause page.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I don’t love my purchase?
We want you to be happy. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full return policy for details.
